Hotel Bike Program

This summer, guests can enjoy bike riding at The Charles Hotel. Six Electra Amsterdam Classic Bicycles equipped with shopping baskets are available complimentary to hotel guests. Additionally, the Hotel has partnered with The Liberty Hotel in Beacon Hill, encouraging guests of both hotels to take the eight mile scenic ride along the river to and from the hotels, while touring the historic streets of Beacon Hill and Harvard Square. The option to ride one-way and return by taxi or public transportation is also available.

The Regattabar Kids' Summer Music Series!

The Fourth Annual Regattabar Kids' Summer Music Series is Back (& Better than Ever)!

Kids and parents alike can enjoy this popular series with Baby Loves Salsa, Justin Roberts & The Not Ready for Naptime Players, Hayes Greenfield's Jazz-a-Ma-Tazz, Bill Harley, and Flooky and The Beans.

After the show, enjoy a kid-friendly Supper at Henrietta's Table, where kids will receive a complimentary Brownie Ice-Cream Sundae.

Smarty Pants - Family Fun at The Charles Hotel

Who says learning can't be fun?! Starting at arrival, the "Smarty Pants" package allows for a family getaway that is enjoyable and educational for all.

The "Smarty Pants" package includes:
- Overnight accommodations in a deluxe guestroom, featuring custom signature quilts and sumptuous down duvets, Séura in-mirror televisions, and Bose Wave® radios.
- For a little extra peace and quiet, an adjoining room may be added for the kids at 25% off the best available rate.

Eat Local - The Charles Square Farmer's Market

Located in The Charles Hotel’s lower courtyard the Farmers Market runs
Sundays from 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. and
Fridays (starting June 11th), from 12:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Farmers from Massachusetts and New Hampshire will gather in the summer sun – or rain – to sell everything from artesian cheeses to homemade candies. Visit the stands of Grateful Farm - organic produce and herbs; Hi-Rise Bread - bread, pastries and jam; Kimball Fruit Farm - fruit, vegetables, pies and heirloom tomatoes; Stillman Farms - conscientiously raised and grass fed meats and poultry; and more each week for the best selection of local treats.
